Since 2004, El Castillo del Cacao has aimed to make the best chocolate in Central America. Our chocolate is produced from selected cacao beans grown by profesional and dedicated farmers in the vicinity of Matagalpa. 

The cacao is minimally roasted to reach a full but delicate chocolate flavor. Milled pure or only with cane sugar, our chocolate contains no other additives, resulting in a long lasting taste sensation. See our Chocolate product list for more intriguing details.
